Merry Christmas Eve!
I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of you for your support in 2015. This was a growing year for me, one full of personal and professional changes that have hopefully made me a better person and designer.
My mom’s stroke in October still impacts my daily life and my design time, and as a result, I will be making more changes to LJS Designs at the start of 2016. These changes will help me perform both roles, caregiver and designer, better as they will free up more time.
Having said that, there is a last big change for me this year.
On December 31st I will close my shop at The Digi Chick. I have loved my time there, learned a lot and made some lasting friendships, but the time has come for me to spread my wings, leave the nest and move on to other opportunities. But, I couldn’t go without saying a proper goodbye.
From now until December 31st, save 50% on all my products at TDC during my “Thanks For The Memories” Sale. If there is something on your wish list, be sure to grab it because I am not sure what will be making the move to my new shop and what will be packed away in the LJS Designs vault.
Yes, I said new shop! On January 1, 2016, I will make a fresh start in a relatively new place. Where is it? Honestly I am sure most of you have guessed, but I will be back with the official reveal, and new products, on the first. In the meantime, I have a Christmas gift for you all.
Did you know that the Twelve Days of Christmas traditionally start on December 26th and run until January 6th? That means there are still plenty of memories to scrap and time to use and enjoy this holiday goody!
