Fragile Like A Bomb by LJS Designs is a kit designed to help you document the empowered women you know and love, as well as those in the past and present who made a difference in all our lives and in history. As I watched the inauguration of the first woman Vice President in the US, I couldn’t help but think of my strong, feminist mom and how much she would have loved to see that moment. She would have been so proud, excited and honestly, somewhat put out, that it took so long for us to get there. That historical moment and memories of my mom, got me to thinking of all the women, movements and moments, big, small, quiet and loud, that led up to the election of Vice President Harris, and I knew I had to create a kit to celebrate them as well as document the work still to do for total equality. Fragile Like A Bomb is an ode to my mom and all strong women; may we know them, may we be them and may we raise them.
